Introduction Digital Cell Phone Frequencies
Of all the ways of Creating content that is blog, my favorite Strategy is Like learning layout templates and materials to make and sell digital products. I have discovered that it’s extraordinarily more rewarding than running advertisements and products convert at a greater rate than an affiliate product that someone else created. The service I use to facilitate this is Payhip, and this post I will be discussing what I both like and dislike about the service based in my Payhip experience as a vendor for 2+ years. My Payhip Experience
If you wanted to market products Through your own website, you’ll want a means to facilitate transactions — some kind of infrastructure that will allow a customer to select your product, pay for it, and also have it immediately delivered to them with complete hands-off automation. Payhip solves this issue.
Payhip is An e-commerce platform/website that provides users with options and the easiest tools for hosting and promoting products to their customers online.
The company Was co-founded by Abs Farah and Kahin Farah and is now based in my capital city of London.
What are the benefits of using Payhip?
Each online Platform is different, and I’ve used a few of these previously.
For me, having A stage that is easy to use and one that does not take a massive amount of my time that is precious is of paramount importance.
Payhip will Save a great deal of time also because everything is taken care of on the Payhip platform.
The Benefits that I’ve gained the most from using Payhip comprise –
- EU VAT is cared for, which is a huge plus in my book.

What I Like About Payhip
Let us get to the details. Following my 2+ year Payhip expertise, here’s what I love about the service…
Payments Are Instantaneous
Payhip let’s your customers pay with PayPal Or from credit/debit card with Stripe, and they do not pay out monthly/weekly/quarterly or make you wait for them to clean some sort of holding period. When a customer makes a purchase, the cash is instantly available on your account, and if you’ve got the PayPal and also Stripe apps installed on your mobile device, you’ll get notifications each time a sale happens. I happen to love this. The excitement of Seeing a sale never gets older. It’s also great to awake in the morning, reach to your telephone, and see that you made X number of dollars while you’re sleeping, and it is all easily available for you to spend. The only caveat to this is Stripe. If your customers card with Stripe, there will be a three day hold before the cash is available. That is all Stripe though — Payhip does not hold your money in any way.
No Monthly Charges
One of those things that Payhip originally sold me on is that there is no Monthly fees or installation charges — just a simple flat fee of 5% per sale.
This was attractive to me in 2016 Since, at the moment, my readership was less than 1/10th of what it’s now, and that I was not positive that I was going to consistently sell enough product to warrant paying a monthly fee to get a similar service like Gumroad. As a relatively new blogger with a small audience, Payhip was the quickest solution that best fit my scenario.
Easy To Know Analytics
Payhip’s back end offers an analytics page That enables you to see trades and earnings quantities relative to this day, month, week, year, or some other given selection. Best of all, it’s a report that is to-the-point and straightforward.
If you have used Google Analytics or Facebook analytics, the amount of information you are instantly smacked in the face can be somewhat overwhelming, and a lot of it’s mostly useless too. Payhip just gives you what you’re there to view — sales data. Nothing more, nothing less.
Run Promotions with Coupon Codes
Another benefit users of Payhip encounter is By producing coupon codes promotions to run.
The codes may be for almost any percentage you would Like and for any (or all) products. They can run for any duration you’d like (or even permanently,) along with the code itself can even be customized to whatever series of text you desire.
I’ve found this to be somewhat helpful. Occasionally I will conduct a weekend marketing, place it on Facebook raise the post targeting a pixel audience that is re-marketing and I don’t fail to go ROI positive with it. People truly do respond to limited time offers. Digital Cell Phone Frequencies
Your Own Affiliate Program
Payhip gives you the capability to let your Readers register as an affiliate of your shop, and whenever someone purchases a product you are able to grant them a commission of whatever percentage you’d like.
This is useful because it allows Men and Women To market your products the commissions paid will be well worth it and should they have a stage and an audience of their own that they can tap into.
Easy Integration with Email Marketing
You will be if you are into email marketing Able to easily incorporate Payhip with your email marketing provider so that whenever a sale is made, the email address of the purchaser can be added to a selected listing.
This is relatively small but I think it’s Pretty cool so I want to give it a mention — if you so desire, you can have Payhip stamp the buyer’s email address to the top left corner of each page of a PDF document they have bought.
So if someone plans to Purchase Your PDF Publication then make it accessible for free somewhere else, they will have to be okay with their private email address being accessible. I believe that is a way of deterring pirating.
Upload Many Kinds of Files
Payhip is a marketplace for ebooks — You can upload any sort of electronic file. Font files, video/audio files, photographs, software, etc..
Total Simplicity and Modern Design
One thing that can not be overlooked whenever You are selling something is the way current your site appears. People generally don’t trust myself included. If a site looks like it has not been updated because the web 2.0 times, then I start to wonder if maybe I’m in an abandoned building and putting my payment info into it would pretty much be like throwing my money into a black hole.
That is not true with Payhip though. The Site has a design that is easy and very modern. This is exactly what you would anticipate a checkout page by a trusted business to look like, if you were to purchase a digital product on the world wide web. Digital Cell Phone Frequencies
Another thing I like about Payhip is its own In general simplicity. In the a visitor lands on your product page, Payhip stays out of the way. They display your graphics, sales copy, and only the critical info (such as price.) They do nothing to interfere with your purchase — no self-promotion whatsoever.
Finally, what I actually like about Payhip is That customer payment info isn’t stored by them, meaning your clients’ payment details are safe. The payment is totally managed through PayPal or Stripe, and I prefer it this way because they’re large companies with lots of cash.
What I Dislike About Payhip
As much as I like Payhip, it’s far from perfect. Here are some things that I dislike about the service and would like to see enhanced…
No Mobile App
One thing that bugs me about Payhip is that They don’t have a app. It would be convenient to be able to start an app while I’m out and about and take a look during my earnings data. You do so and can log into the site, but the site is optimized for mobile devices.
I enjoy Payhip, but that is a really Bad look in 2018. There’s no reason you shouldn’t have a site optimized for mobile, and when you have that, you ought to be able to easily turn the website itself into it’s own app so users do not have to manually register in every time they want to inspect sales data. Users of Payhip encounter a much better platform when they are on their devices.
No Upsells or Add-Ons In Checkout
On the checkout page, I’d really like to see an Extra ability to indicate Other products similar to what the client is going to buy. For instance, if they are purchasing a package of templates for $5, then I suggest some other product which could interest them they didn’t know about, or could provide a package of business card templates for a couple of bucks. This is something that websites like Amazon and VistaPrint do.
I can’t help but feel like there’s a lot of money Table — for both myself and Payhip — without this operation. This could improve the Payhip experience for both the client and the seller.
Set On A Fixed Timezone
This one is frivolous, but I had still Like to see it fixed.
Since Payhip is located at London, they’ve The functioning timezone for the website set to BST. Since I am located in the EST, I will sometimes check my stats at 7PM or later and see that I left 0 sales for the day since Payhip believes it is midnight and its own information reflects that.
Again, this is largely a non-issue, but I Would like to see the ability to adjust the site. Digital Cell Phone Frequencies
More Flexibility with Coupon Codes
I know I raved about the voucher Code feature but it is not perfect.
As it stands, the advertising You can run through a coupon code. Ideally, I’d like to have the ability to supply a dollar amount off the initial price, or the capability to set a specified sale price.
Right Now, if I Need to place a product On sale for $10, manually do the math to figure out what percent off will render the cost at $10 and I have to break out the calculator. I think this is unnecessary and may be improved.
When creating A new product in Payhip, you have access to advanced options including —
- Make your product personal.
- Add an ISBN (Internation Standard Book Number) for your eBook.
- Publish a few sample or preview pages.
- Add a limitation amount to the number of copies of market or your product can be sold.
- Generate a license key that is unique for all your product/eBook revenue.
How much does this cost?
Payhip will Cost you to establish or host your digital products. The site takes only 5% commission per transaction fee.
Would I Recommend Payhip?
This leaves us with the burning question: after 2years as a vendor on Payhip, do you recommend it? Total, yes. I am a customer, but whether you should use it depends upon your own situation.
If you’re a blogger with a small audience And you can not justify spending $10+ per month for something like Gumroad, then yes, I would recommend Payhip. If you sell a product that is high-ticket or have a massive audience and know you’ll be doing at least $ 1,000 in sales each month, you may want to look into something.
As of the date of this writing, Payhip works On a set fee of 5% of each sale. Gumroad’s fee is currently 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction + $10 per month.
If you’re going to be promoting $1,000 per month in total quantity, the math should (in most cases) favor Payhip. But if you are selling well into the thousands, you need to go with Gumroad or start looking into another choice. This is all dependent on how many transactions it requires to achieve those sales numbers so be sure that you crunch the numbers for yourself.
Personally, I love the Payhip Experience and am thankful for their services. I want to see them continue to grow and succeed. Digital Cell Phone Frequencies
